For most of my life, I grew up in Venice Beach, CA. I would run to the beach with my friends and cruise on the waves until sundown. I would ride my skateboard on muscle beach boardwalk, while weaving through the massive crowds just to get home. I would watch the most distinct individuals perform skills like walking on glass or creating trash art. Being raised in the 23rd most popular tourist attraction in United States was an incredible, challenging, and shaping experience, to say the least.

Besides being raised in Venice, I discovered early in my life a passion for the game of baseball. I excelled at times and failed terribly at times, but I constantly was reminded that baseball was the game I loved. With a lot of diligent work and practice, I earned a scholarship to play at Biola University. My career in baseball ended short because of injuries, but I still keep myself around the game by coaching younger athletes.

I am a Biola University graduate who finished with a degree in Teaching Physical Education and Coaching. During my time at Biola I have found a love for impacting youth through physical activity. Whether it is sport, or a P.E. class, I want to see children live life to the fullest. I believe that keeping our bodies healthy and active is one of the greatest ways to do that.
